At 9AM this morning (04/17/2017), indigenous Guajajara from Pindaré Indigenous Land blocked BR 316 that goes through the referred indigenous land, in protest and in deffense of the indigenous rights.
The protest is aganist the agressions and assaults to the indigenous rights, against violence, for quality health and respect to the indigenous people. And mainly to charge the performance of the Education State Secretary-SEDUC/MA, that on the last 3 years has been allowing the indigenous villages to live on critical situation due to the lack of performance of the same.
